We will incorporate a company in Jamaica, the Paradise Jamaica Village Limited.

The Paradise Jamaica Village Limited purchases the property of approximately 2 acres of land, including our guesthouse.

Price: $380,000 : 20 parts = $19,000 per part.

Every party has the right to build their own cottage on it. Price per cottage: $3.500. We will take care of the building process, so you just need to move in. .....................................................

The Paradise Jamaica Village Limited is going to continue operating the Guesthouse as a Bed&Breakfast. The Paradise Jamaica Village Limited and everybody in it, owns the profit out of that. Also, the Paradise Jamaica Village Limited is going to rent out the cottages (on request) whenever the cottage owners are not around. The cottage owner gets 80%, Paradise Jamaica Village Limited, and everybody in it, 20% out of the cottage rentals.

So for a total of $22,500 every party owns a part of the approx. 2 acres of land, a part of the villa, a cottage, and shares of the company, which means a part of profit it makes through the rentals.

Wir gründen gemeinsam eine Firma in Jamaica, die Paradise Jamaica Village Limited.

Die Paradise Jamaica Village Limited kauft das Grundstück von cirka 8.000 m² inklusive unserem Guesthouse das bereits daraufsteht.

Kaufpreis: €270.000 : 20 Anteile = €13.500 pro Anteil.

Jede Partei hat das Recht ein eigenes Cottage daraufzubauen. Baupreis pro Cottage:  €2.500. Um die gesamte Bauabwicklung kümmeren wir uns vor Ort, so dass ihr nur noch einziehen braucht.

Die Paradise Jamaica Village Limited betreibt das Guesthouse weiter als Bed&Breakfast. Der Gewinn gehört der Paradise Jamaica Village Limited, also jeden der daran beteiligt ist. Ausserdem vermietet die Paradise Jamaica Village Limited die Cottages (auf Wunsch) wenn die Besitzer nicht vor Ort sind. Die Einnahmen daraus gehen zu 80% an den Cottagebesitzer und zu 20% an die Paradise Jamaica Village Limited, also jeden der daran beteiligt ist.

Also für insgesamt €16.000 pro Anteil, gehört jedem Anteil, ein Teil der 8.000 m² Land, ein Teil vom Guesthouse, ein Cottage und ein Teil der Firma und somit auch ein Teil der Gewinne die aus den Vermietungen erzielt werden.
